Native SIP media

Voxovo bridges PBX SIP trunks through Twilio Elastic SIP / SIP Domain into our WebSocket voice pipeline — the same Pipecat stack as Twilio PSTN. You keep the trunk; we run the agent.

1. Create a Twilio account (bridge for SIP INVITE ↔ Media Stream).
2. In Voxovo → Phone Numbers → Custom SIP: enter E.164 caller ID, sip_uri, username/password, and Twilio Account SID + Auth Token.
3. In Twilio Console → Elastic SIP Trunking or SIP Domains: point voice URL to https://api.voxovo-ai.com/api/voice-studio/sip/inbound
4. Assign an agent to the SIP number. Place an inbound from your PBX or outbound campaign dial.
5. Confirm Call Logs show carrier=sip and latency scorecard.
