Pipeline
Transport (Twilio / Telnyx / SIP / browser WS) → STT → orchestration (endpointing, Presence Buffer, tools) → LLM → TTS → caller.
Storage
Transcripts and optional recordings are stored per your call settings and retention preferences. Carrier credentials are encrypted. Public automation uses omni_sk_ API keys.
