What Voxovo AI is
Voxovo AI is an AI voice agent platform for building inbound and outbound phone agents on real PSTN and SIP lines. You bring Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage, or SIP. Voxovo supplies speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, text-to-speech, Presence Buffer, visual automations, campaigns, knowledge search, Ops QA, and latency scorecards.
What you own vs what we run
You keep carrier accounts, phone numbers, and minute billing. Voxovo never sells or holds numbers. You pay Voxovo AI credits for the voice stack and platform features. Carrier fees stay on your Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, or Vonage bill.
Recommended path to first live call
- Create from Quick wizard or template
- Pick language, pipeline, and voice
- Attach knowledge if answers must stay grounded
- Run Test Live and check latency
- Connect carrier API keys under Phone Numbers
- Sync webhooks and assign the agent
- Enable inbound or launch an outbound campaign with AMD / quiet hours / retries
Stacks: Speed, Smart, Ultra + Custom multi-STT
Speed prioritizes low turn latency. Smart trades a bit of latency for stronger reasoning. Ultra is speech-to-speech with mid-call tool/KB guidance. Custom mode is not Deepgram-locked — choose AssemblyAI, Gladia, or Whisper variants in the Transcriber panel.
Automations (multi-agent story)
Use visual Automations with versioning, publish, and Publish Guard — the production multi-agent path. Prefer Automations over legacy Squads naming. Seed from templates or Power Agents.
Security and access
Dashboard login uses Google OAuth or Voxovo email login with session JWT verification by the API. Carrier secrets are stored encrypted (BYOK). Public automation uses omni_sk_ API keys. See Security and Data flow.
