What Voxovo AI is
Voxovo AI is an AI voice agent platform for building inbound and outbound phone agents on real PSTN lines. You bring Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, or Vonage. Voxovo supplies speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, text-to-speech, campaigns, knowledge search, and latency scorecards.
What you own vs what we run
You keep carrier accounts, phone numbers, and minute billing. Voxovo never sells or holds numbers. You pay Voxovo AI credits for the voice stack and platform features. Carrier fees stay on your Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, or Vonage bill.
Recommended path to first live call
1) Create an assistant and write a clear system prompt plus first message. 2) Pick language and voice. 3) Attach knowledge if answers must stay grounded. 4) Run Test Live in the browser and check latency. 5) Connect carrier API keys under Phone Numbers. 6) Sync webhooks so inbound traffic reaches the agent. 7) Enable inbound or launch an outbound campaign.
Stacks: Voxovo 1.0 Speed, Smart & Ultra
Speed prioritizes low turn latency. Smart trades a bit of latency for stronger reasoning. Ultra is speech-to-speech. Flip presets without rebuilding the agent — language and voice only on managed modes.
Security and access
Dashboard login uses Clerk (session JWT verified by the API). Carrier secrets are stored encrypted (BYOK). Public automation uses omni_sk_ API keys. Agencies can act in a client workspace via X-Client-Workspace-Id.
