Two knowledge surfaces
Collections — upload PDF/DOCX/TXT/CSV or website URLs; embeddings power mid-call search_knowledge.Business Knowledge — products and services, facts chips, FAQs, plus website fetch-and-fill.Attach to an agent
In the assistant builder → Knowledge Base, attach one or more collections. At call time the agent must search before inventing facts, and must not announce the search.
Import from website
Paste a URL on Business Knowledge or in the Quick wizard. We extract products, facts, and FAQs when the page allows.
