Test Live
Validate your agent in the browser before connecting a phone number.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Test → Phone test, or open Test Live from an assistant. Latency lab and Evals live under the same Test flyout.
Run a test

Select assistant
Pick the agent you just configured.

Start browser call
Allow microphone. Audio streams over WebSocket (PCM), not WebRTC.

Check Presence Buffer
While tools or the model think, you should hear short keep-alives — not dead air or checking-my-notes announcements.

Review latency
Use the scorecard / Latency lab for turn timings before go-live.
