Create assistant

Build a voice agent with the Quick wizard or from a template.

Ways to create

Open Assistants → New. Use the Quick wizard for a guided setup, or start from a template (appointments, sales, FAQ, leads).

Website (optional)
Paste your site URL to scrape products, facts, and FAQs into knowledge.

Industry
Pick a preset or Other with a short description.

Roles
Receptionist, booking, leads, after-hours, support, orders — multi-select.

Direction
Inbound or outbound shapes the greeting and flow.

Business name
Used in the spoken greeting.

Voice
Trial plans show a curated set of working voices (about 6–10). Preview before selecting.

Based on roles, Voxovo attaches Live Calendar and/or Live Sheets automatically. External CRM apps stay optional under Integrations.

Then configure the assistant or Test Live.
