Country Telephony Packs
Telephony Packs are SIP/DID recipes — not one-click integrations. Each pack documents real carriers, their connect modes (SIP trunk, regional DID, or bring-your-number), codec expectations, and the webhook URLs you need to point inbound traffic at Voxovo. You still apply for the SIP trunk with the carrier directly; we give you the guided setup.
| Country | Code | Verified carriers |
|---|---|---|
| Pakistan | PK | Jazz, Telenor, Ufone |
| Saudi Arabia | SA | STC, Mobily |
| UAE | AE | Etisalat (e&), du |
| India | IN | Airtel, Jio, Tata Comm |
| Egypt | EG | Orange, Vodafone |
| Nigeria | NG | MTN, Airtel |
| Kenya | KE | Safaricom, Airtel |
| Turkey | TR | Turkcell, Türk Telekom |
| Indonesia | ID | Telkom, Indosat |
| Philippines | PH | PLDT, Globe |
How it works
- Browse packs in Dashboard → Phone Numbers → Local number packs.
- Select a country and carrier. Choose a connect mode: SIP trunk, regional DID, or bring-your-number.
- Contact the carrier's enterprise team and request SIP credentials (most carriers require a manual application — we're honest about this).
- Enter SIP credentials (or your E.164 number) in the guided flow. Voxovo creates a PhoneNumber row and returns webhook URLs.
- Point the carrier trunk at the webhook URLs. Assign an agent or workflow, then test with a real call.
Connect modes
SIP Trunk
Point your carrier's SIP trunk domain at Voxovo. Best for enterprise with a direct trunk agreement.
Regional DID
Get a local DID number from the carrier that routes through their network into Voxovo.
Bring Your Number
Use a number you already own on the carrier. Forward or configure it to hit Voxovo webhooks.
